Android Developer

**Who are we?**

Pabbl is a tech company that launched an Android-exclusive app on the Dutch market in 2016. Since then, we have expanded our services and now develop whitelabel apps and SDKs that enable publishers and telcos to provide their users with a service that allows them to earn points and rewards through (ad)engagements. We are primarily active in Indonesia, with a focus on expanding in the APAC area. Our headquarters is in Amsterdam, and our main team in Indonesia is based in Bali.

**Responsibilities**:

- Optimize performance, ensuring seamless user experiences across various devices.
- Integrate third-party SDKs for ad networks and other external services.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to create scalable APIs and seamless app integration.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain app stability and performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards.
- Work closely with product managers and designers to deliver user-friendly and impactful solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Android development.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in Android development.
- Proficiency in Java.
- Strong understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack components, and modern development practices (e.g., MVVM, Dependency Injection).
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and SDKs.
- Experience with Firebase products and services.
- Knowledge of app performance optimization and debugging tools.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON for app communication.
- Experience using version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Fluent in English is a must.
