**About work**仕事内容について**:
This position will oversee the overall legal Corporate & Operation in all business unit.
Advising TOP Management regarding any policies and/or regulation changes that may impact the business of the group.
Acting as the main point of contact for all legal matters, including contract management, corporate housekeeping and pre-litigation matters.
Acting on behalf of the company in any particular dispute as required.
Manages legal risk within the business by taking responsibility for providing legal advice on all legal matters.
Ability to develop legal strategy and objectives.
Review and provide advice to the business upon request on matters concerning applicable contracts as required.
Store legal documents, business licenses, registration & permits and keep it up-to-date.
Maintain an up-to-date comprehensive knowledge of developments in the relevant areas of law.
Represent company in court, question witnesses, present evidence and meet with judges or other attorneys to discuss legal matters.
Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
