Administer and manage Company HSE management system requirements.
- Administer and manage Company HSE programs.
- Conduct HSE training to cultivate awareness.
- Coordinate external trainings based on Company operational needs and local regulations requirements.
- Coordinate and assist with the conduct and review of Risk Assessments based on operational needs.
- Provide site HSE support. Advice site team on HSE issues/query, with regards to local legislation and NOV regulations.
- Conduct site inspection/audits and liaise with the local management to improve working condition.
- Monitor and record HSE non conformances found in observation cards and inspections and track its closing status.
- Provide support for toolbox talks.
- Monitor lifting equipment and other statutory equipment inspection status and update.
- Provide HSE induction for new employees and visitors.
- Maintain and reporting of HSE KPI, targets and objectives to relevant parties.
- Control and monitor the certification of equipment.
- Provide scheduled reports of HSE performance/data to relevant parties.
- Maintaining and timely updating of HSE database.
- Coordinate HSE Reps meeting and inspections.
- Assist site manager to conduct incident investigation and root cause analysis. Review and ensure that corrective actions are duly implemented and recorded.
- Coordinate the stocking and issuing of PPE based on operational needs.
- Control of HSE documents and records such as incident reports, observation cards, training records, PPE issuance etc.
Any other duties as reasonably requested by HSE Manager and Site Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Familiar with ISO 45000.
- 2 years working experience in HSE.
- Good communication skill.
- Familiar with local legislation.
- Ability to work independently.
