IT Manager

Design and supervise company software and website development projects.
- Arrange schedules and ensure smooth IT support services to support company operations.
- Design and develop efficient systems to support business needs.
- Conduct training for IT teams on the latest technology and work systems.
- Ensure the company's IT network, including LAN, WAN, and hardware, is functioning optimally.
- Design a strategy for managing company data and storage, including regular data backup.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies to protect company data from external threats such as malware, hacking, or ransomware.
- Evaluate new technologies to improve the company's operational efficiency.
- Establish relationships with vendors of hardware, software, and IT services.
- Support data analysis needs for strategic decision making by management.
- Lead the company's digital transformation initiatives to improve work efficiency and customer experience.
- Develop IT risk mitigation strategies to prevent operational disruptions due to system failures or cyber attacks.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Informatics Engineering.
- 5-7 years of work experience in IT, with 3 years in managerial positions.
- Experience in software and website development (backend and frontend).
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, database management, and cybersecurity.
- Leadership to manage IT teams and ensure smooth project implementation.
- Work offline (Dadap - Tangerang office)
- Working hours Monday - Saturday (Half day)
