Kami mencari individu kreatif, penuh energi, dan antusias untuk bergabung dengan tim kami sebagai TikTok Content Creator dalam program internship. Ini adalah kesempatan besar bagi kamu yang ingin mengembangkan bakat, belajar lebih banyak tentang industri kreatif, dan berpeluang menjadi bagian dari tim kami secara penuh waktu

**Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab**:

- Membuat dan mengedit konten video TikTok yang kreatif dan menarik secara harian
- Mengikuti dan memanfaatkan tren viral di TikTok dan media sosial lainnya
- Mengadaptasi konten sesuai dengan brief dari brand yang bekerja sama
- Berpartisipasi dalam sesi brainstorming untuk ide-ide konten baru yang fresh dan engaging
- Memahami analitik dan insights TikTok untuk meningkatkan engagement dan pertumbuhan akun
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim untuk mengembangkan strategi konten yang inovatif

**Kualifikasi**:

- Disiplin dalam menjalankan tugas dan selalu mematuhi deadline
- Kreatif, penuh energi, dan memiliki sikap fun serta cheerful
- Mampu berpikir out of the box dan menghasilkan ide konten yang segar dan inovatif
- Mampu bekerja dengan baik dalam tim dan berkolaborasi dengan berbagai divisi
- Up-to-date dengan tren TikTok yang viral dan memiliki wawasan dalam media sosial
- Pengalaman dalam editing video (menggunakan aplikasi seperti CapCut, Adobe Premiere, atau sejenisnya) menjadi nilai tambah
- Kemampuan storytelling yang baik untuk membuat konten yang engaging dan meaningful

**Fasilitas**:

- Kesempatan untuk diangkat menjadi karyawan full-time setelah program internship selesai
- Mendapatkan sertifikat internship sebagai bukti pengalaman
- Mendapatkan uang makan dan uang transportasi harian
- Durasi program internship: 6 bulan (dengan evaluasi untuk full-time di akhir periode)

- Kerja di kantor Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat
