**Job Summary**:
IT Support role is responsible for maintaining the company's computer systems and networks, resolving technical issues, and providing technical support to staff. This role ensures efficient IT operations to help employees perform their tasks smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:
**Technical Support**
- Respond to and resolve user queries on software, hardware, network, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Provide remote and on-site support as needed for quick and efficient resolutions.

**System and Network Maintenance**
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, network infrastructure, and IT assets.
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patches to ensure systems' security and efficiency.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.

**Documentation and Reporting**
- Document all support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the IT helpdesk system.
- Generate regular reports on common issues and propose improvements or preventative measures.
- Maintain records of IT assets and ensure an up-to-date inventory.

**Security and Backup**
- Implement and maintain security measures, including antivirus software, firewalls, and access controls.
- Regularly back up data to prevent data loss and ensure data recovery processes are in place.

**User Training and Education**
- Provide training and support to employees on IT best practices and system usage.
- Assist users with software installations, configurations, and updates.

**Vendor Coordination**
- Coordinate with external vendors for purchasing, repairs, and support for IT-related equipment.
- Manage warranties and service agreements for hardware and software products.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Stay updated on IT advancements to improve user experience and system performance.
- Recommend hardware, software, and procedural improvements to optimize IT operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or related roles.
- **MikroTik RouterOS Proficiency**: In-depth understanding of MikroTik RouterOS for setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- **Networking**: Proficiency in network fundamentals, including IP addressing, DHCP, NAT, VPN, VLANs, and firewall management.
- **MikroTik Configuration and Management**: Ability to configure and manage MikroTik routers, switches, and related devices. This includes setting up routing, firewall rules, VPN tunnels, and monitoring network traffic.
- **Troubleshooting Skills**: Strong diagnostic skills to quickly identify and resolve network and connectivity issues within MikroTik systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills for providing user support and training staff as needed.
