Ensure that the computer used can function normally/run as it should.
- Must ensure that all computers used by users are connected to the network.
- Tasked with backing up all data to ensure it is safe and if the system experiences problems, you need to restore data from the existing backup system.
- Responsible for supporting machines such as printers, scanners and so on.
- Also on duty to check and repair if at any time there is a problem with the computer network.

**Requirements**:

- Min. experience in the related fields at least 2 years
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- IT Support: 2 years (preferred)
- Networking: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Certification as a IT Support (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (required)
