**NOC ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage and integrate static IP & VLAN based on network necessity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams should there be any upstream/backbone issues during the service activation process.
- Troubleshoot Infra/Backbone problems.
- Perform daily operation tasks for the NOC team, which includes creating daily reports on activation summary.
- Participate in Backbone/Development projects.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- SMK / D3 / S1 in Network and Computer Technology
- Solid understanding of GPON technology.
- Proficient in router operations (Mikrotik, Juniper, Cisco, Alcatel, etc.)
- Familiar with Metro-e.
- Familiar with Upstream.
- Good Knowledge about BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, VLAN, Subnetting.
- Network certification is preferred.
