**What You Will Do**

The QC Supervisor (Microbiology Lab Lead) is responsible for supporting QC Manager to lead a team of QC analysts and ensure GMP compliance, accuracy, and timeliness of the testing processes in support of Self Care Products for local and export markets. Responsible for the efficient and effective functioning of the QC laboratories, including planning, coordination, and direct supervision of activities conducted by QC Analysts.
- Key Responsibilities

- Working closely with the Site Team on the environmental and site-critical utilities monitoring program.
- Set up robust planning and monitoring to ensure microbiology sampling and testing are delivered in a timely manner and balancing load to the capacity.
- Working closely with all analysts to ensure the efficient process is implemented and minimize human error in the testing process.
- Ensure all data is accurately generated using validated test methods and applicable SOPs in a cGMP environment.
- Reviewing all test reports, associated raw data, chromatogram, and audit trail according to the procedure for Lab data, GDP, and DI principle
- Lead Laboratory Investigation on OOT or OOS results and give technical support according to the Kenvue SOP/regulatory guidance
- Ensure all the consumables and instruments are available at the time they are required.
- Ensure all analysts have suitable proficiencies and follow safety procedures in their activities.
- Prepare a review of the environmental monitoring results in a timely manner.
- Providing full support to site strategic projects
- Take full responsibility for relevant digitalization deployment within QC Lab (not limited to eLIMS, Compliance Builder, Empower3, SAP)
- Ensure all basic GMP ProcessesCO and Documentation are in place and followed by the team, according to relevant GMP & Quality System requirements. Ensure the compliance state is maintained all the time, during day-to-day laboratory operations
- Lead the team according to all applicable Kenvue leadership values and principles. Motivate team members to habitually demonstrate behavior consistent with Kenvue Values Principles
- Actively encourage an effective working environment.
- Actively encourage the team to work in an efficient manner (Continuous Improvement program in Laboratory)
- Manage and monitor the performance measurement for the team.
- Actively participate and engage in relevant meetings/forums to manage day-to-day laboratory operation.
- Actively participate and engage in relevant regional meetings/forums, including but not limited to Micro COP
- Any other rationale tasks are given by Q&C Lead and Site Lead

**Qualifications**:

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in microbiology with minimum 2 years’ experience in the same field
- Desired Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Having knowledge of GMP and hygiene
- Having knowledge and digitalization, including but not limited to Power Platform
- Having knowledge of Chemical Testing could be an added value
