Job Description Summary:
The role involves auditing project procurement activities for compliance with policies and regulations, analyzing financial data for accuracy, identifying weaknesses, and suggesting improvements. Findings are documented and presented to management for action. Collaboration with teams to establish controls and drive operational improvements is crucial, while fostering trust and teamwork across the organization.

Job Description:

- Conduct study/ audit on project procurement activities to evaluate compliance with internal policies, procedures and relevant regulations
- Analyzing financial data and related documentation (PO, Contract, etc) to determine fairness, accuracy and validity transaction
- Assessing procurement processes and project implementation to identify potential control weakness, inefficiencies or fraudulent activities
- Identify potential risk and provide recommendations for improvement in project procurement and project implementation process and practices.
- Documenting findings, preparing reports and presenting findings to management, highlighting control weakness, risk and suggested improvement
- Collaborating with System Procedures, Procurement and Project teams to establish appropriate control, policies and procedure related to project procurement
- Drive continuous operational improvements to achieve cost savings and optimize working processes
- Build trustful and effective relationship, promoting collaboration and teamwork across the organization

Job Requirement:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, or Accounting from reputable University.
- Minimum of 4 year(s) of proven experience in auditing, preferably in audit related to project procurement.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environment
- Effective communication and presentation skills
