**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to understand project goals and user needs.
- Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing using tools like Maze, Optimal Workshop, or UserTesting to gather insights and refine designs based on feedback.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure brand consistency.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the user experience.
- Ensure all designs follow accessibility guidelines and usability standards.
- Participate in Agile processes, including discoveries, planning, testing, and post-launch design support.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma (required), Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies.
- Experience with testing platforms like Maze, Ant, or Hotjar for user behavior analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining design quality.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.
- Experience with design systems, reusable components, and design patterns.
- Familiarity with whiteboarding tools like Keynote, FigJam, or Miro for ideation and presentation.
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and web optimization principles.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Denpasar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
