- Assist with corporate strategy and business planning: Work closely with senior management to develop and execute business strategies. Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide key financial analysis to inform decision-making.
- Manage financial risk: Identify and manage financial risks to the company, including interest rate risk, foreign exchange risk, and credit risk.
- Supervise junior finance staff: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance staff, including financial analysts and accountants. Ensure that staff are properly trained and have the resources they need to be successful.

**Requirements**:

- Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is typically required.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis is essential, as is experienced with financial reporting and analysis tools such as Excel, financial databases, and accounting software. Experience with real estate financial modeling and analysis software.
- Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this position, as the senior associate will be responsible for communicating financial information to senior management, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Analytical skills: The senior associate must have strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, perform complex financial analysis, and develop financial models to support decision-making for senior management.
- Leadership skills: The senior associate will be responsible for supervising junior finance staff and leading projects, so strong leadership skills are essential.
- Organizational skills: The senior associate must be highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail: Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for this position, as the senior associate will be responsible for financial reporting and analysis that will inform critical business decisions.
- Professionalism: The senior associate must have a high degree of professionalism and be able to maintain confidentiality in dealing with sensitive financial information.
- Real estate industry knowledge: While not always required, knowledge of the real estate industry, including trends and regulations, is highly preferred in this role.

**Salary**: Rp25,000,000 - Rp35,000,000 per month
