Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Establish and develop HR admin procedures, policies, and familiar with TALENTA system
- Support the administration of the company’s compensation and benefits structure, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Ensure company policies are up-to-date and compliant with prevailing labour laws and industry regulations.
- Manage employee disciplinary processes and maintain comprehensive records of actions taken, with recommendations for resolution.
- Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to identify skill gaps and execute training initiatives.
- A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resource field.
- Proven experience in leading teams or managing HR projects is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
- High proficiency in multitasking, attention to detail, and time management.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving business environment.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
