**Auntie Anne's**, a well-known pretzel brand, is looking for a dedicated Area Operations Supervisor to lead our team in Central Java & Yogyakarta.

**What will you do?**

As our Area Operation Supervisor, you'll be the hero of our outlets in Yogyakarta. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Leading the Charge**: Be a motivating leader for your team, driving them to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- **Mastering the Field**: Conduct regular store visits, ensuring smooth operations, and finding solutions to any challenges.
- **Number Crunching**: Analyze sales data, manage inventory, and create accurate reports to improve outlet performance.
- **Thinking Outside the Box**: Always be on the lookout for innovative ways to enhance our products and services.
- **Hitting the Road**: Be prepared to travel to different areas of Yogyakarta and beyond to ensure all outlets are running smoothly.

**What are we looking for?**
- **Real-World Experience**: At least 3 years of experience managing a team in the F&B industry, with a proven track record of handling 5-10 outlets.
- **Food & Beverage Guru**: A deep understanding of restaurant operations, from inventory management to customer service.
- **Data Whiz**: Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for data analysis.
- **Inspirational Leader**: Able to motivate your team and create a positive work environment.
- **Problem Solver**: Quick on your feet and able to find solutions to challenges.
- **Go-Getter**: Hardworking, flexible, and ready for new adventures.
