- Education background: Minimum vocational diploma in relevant field
- Experience: more or less 2 years of working experience in garden maintenance

**Skills and abilities**:

- Mature, confident, highly motivated, accurate, good communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent attitude, honesty, hard work and discipline
- Able to communicate in English
- Understanding of various plants and landscaping maintenance
- Know fertilization, soil, and irrigation
- Familiar with garden tools and equipment
