Senior Barista

**Responsibilities**
- Preparing food and beverages for customers.
- Selling coffee and tea blends and brewing equipment, highlighting the differences between items, and educating customers about our coffee.
- Preparing, calibrating, maintaining, and controlling the coffee machines and grinders, and POS machines.
- Cleaning and restocking the work area.
- Supporting, encouraging and managing the team of barista.
- Increase and stimulate good cooperation between barista in the bar.
- Ensuring that all baristas' appearances are following the dress code standard.
- Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve product quality.
- Updating signage and displays to attract customers.
- Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases or behind the counter.
- Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum High School or equivalent.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience as a Senior Barista or a similar position.
- Willingness to continue learning about coffee.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
- Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- A polite, engaging personality.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: From Rp4,901,798 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Senior Barista: 1 year (preferred)
