Progress Advisor

EF Progress Advisor is responsible for every student's learning experience at English First Centers. They must act as a liaison to maintain the relationship with teachers and parents, and facilitating the communication regarding the student's progress.

This role contributes to the school sales targets by increasing student retention and receives commision based on performance on top of a base salary.
- Oversee course schedules and progress
- Communicate with teachers, parents, and students to assess the teaching and studying quality
- Maintain a good relationship with parents and peers
- Meet the retention targets, referral targets, and customer satisfaction targets
- Handle complaints and suggestions

**Requirements**:

- Open minded, willing to communicate with people, good communication skill
- Good planning and organizing skills, flexible and able to deal with uncertainties
- Must be proficient in speaking and understanding English

**Location**:EF Cinere Center

**Salary**: From Rp4,500,000 per month
