Lead Artist

Lead the delivery of high-quality art assets in accordance with the guideline
- Help defining, communicating, and documenting the artistic vision of the product with the whole team
- Help developing the project timeline and delegating tasks to the whole team
- Collaborate with fellow artists, producers, programmers, and designers to produce art assets & integrate them to final playable product
- Minimum 3 years of experience, either as Artist or Designer, in gaming or tech industry
- Have portfolio, such as games or products launched / released
- Good understanding in art fundamentals, artistic culture, and art history
- Familiar with game workflows and project pipelines
- Familiar with 3D software, such as Blender
- Good communication and leadership skill
- Able to work in a fast-pace environment
- Passion for gaming and having strong knowledge about games and game arts
- Willing to WFO / hybrid in our office in Bandung, West Java
