**Job Descriptions**:

- Calculate dimensions, material requirements, and weight limitations to ensure structural integrity and adherence to building owner standards.
- Document production methods, including equipment, software, and construction techniques to be used.
- Design diagrams, maps, and layouts to illustrate workflows and construction processes.
- Prepare sketches and collaborate with engineering and design teams to finalize drawings.
- Ensure all final designs comply with local building regulations, safety codes, and quality standards.

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience as a Drafter or in a similar role, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience, preferably including retail design for malls.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and familiarity with 3D modeling tools.
- Strong attention to detail in preparing technical drawings and reviewing rough sketches for accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
