**Client Profile**:
A multinational health care company particularly on the health IT products as well as other health care service products.

**Job Role**:
Marketing
**- Reviewing all proposals and submitting Mid-term and Annual Marketing Plans for all product lines, including New Product Launches, to the Head of Sales & Marketing, optimizing digital and non-digital media, as a reference for the sales & marketing team in an effort to achieve targets sales, achieving Business Growth as marked by increased market demand, market share and company image.
- Review all proposals and submit a compilation of Instrument Forecasts (monthly, 3 months, 6 months) for all new products to the Head of Sales & Marketing, for review and approval from superiors, taking into account sales targets, availability of merchandise, and timeframe use the product (expiry date) to ensure the availability of the optimal number of products (not overstocked, not past the expiry date).
- Ensure suitability and accuracy of Market Research designs to be submitted to superiors, monitor coordination of market research implementation in an integrated manner, combine information obtained from various sources, both internal and external to the company, and analyze the impact on product sales performance, in order to facilitate the preparation of marketing plans right on target.
- Periodically ensure and monitor sales achievement and the suitability of the use of the marketing team’s spending budget with the Marketing Plan, submit action proposals to the Head of Sales & Marketing in an effort to encourage and realize sales of all products including ensuring the implementation of projects in the Sales team to support efforts to increase profitability.
- Ensuring and monitoring the implementation of all marketing activities for all products, including promotion and scientific activities including clinical trials and product evaluations, symposiums/seminars, exhibitions, making marketing tools, marketing communication programs and other marketing activities to increase demand, sales, market share, brand image and company image.
- Ensuring and monitoring the management of good relations (partnership) with external parties of the company (important customers, Key Opinion Leaders, sub-distributors and business partners) and ensuring the implementation of all product engagement programs in a planned and intensive manner, including regular visits to Key Opinion Leaders and pareto customers or national referral hospitals to support the achievement of company goals.
- Directing the implementation of educational programs related to product & scientific knowledge for internal Field Force teams, business partners and customers to maintain and improve capabilities and commitment to products from the Company.
- Develop and submit incentive and bonus schemes for the Marketing team and submit them to superiors, to provide attractive and fair rewards for the good performance that has been shown.
- Monitor and ensure that all data, including those related to products, customers, competitors and leads in all product lines, are updated regularly in the CRM to form a work culture based on data and facts and to support the implementation of Market Research.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Science and Health and/or Master’s degree majoring in Business Management
- Minimum 15 years work experience, with 5 years in Managerial role equivalent position in Product Management, Sales & Marketing in Healthcare industry.
- Having business analysis skills in Healthcare industry.
- Have an understanding of Government Regulations
- Have an understanding of the concept of quality assurance / Quality Management System
- Have an understanding of International Regulations
- Have an understanding of the Law on the Procurement of Goods and Services
