**Join Our Team as a Photographer & Videographer**

KALMAN Marketing Agency is looking for a skilled and passionate **Photographer & Videographer** to bring our creative campaigns to life. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to produce stunning visuals and dynamic videos for a wide range of projects.

**What will you do?**
- Capture high-quality photos and videos for social media and marketing campaigns
- Edit and enhance visuals using Adobe Lightroom (must-have)
- Collaborate in planning and executing photoshoots and video productions
- Support all marketing activities requiring photography and videography

**What do you need to have?**
- At least a basic skill level in photography (required)
- Proficiency in using Adobe Lightroom for photo editing and Adobe Premiere for video editing (mandatory)
- Good stamina and ability to work under tight schedules
- Skills in videography and video editing are a big advantage
- Passion for visual storytelling and attention to detail
- A team-player attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to grow
- Positive, humble, and open-minded personality
