Melakukan preformulation and feasibility study untuk formula yang akan di design
- Merancang formula untuk dikerjakan pada skala laboratorium dan skala pilot
- Melakukan uji coba formula skala laboratorium dan skala pilot
- Bertanggungjawab atas kestabilan produk baik hasil trial maupun produksi 3 batch awal
- Bertanggungjawab untuk memeriksa bahan untuk subtitusi dari uji coba ke hasil stabilitas dan pelaporan ke bagian pembelian
- Membuat laporan subtitusi dan laporan kestabilan suatu produk
- Menyiapkan dokumen pendukung yang diperlukan untuk trial formula skala laboratorium dan pilot
- Pantau eksperimen formula skala laboratorium dan percontohan bersama dengan departemen terkait lainnya untuk memvalidasi proses
- Memantau batch komersial pertama dari produk baru/reformulasi bersama dengan QA dan produksi terkait pelaksanaan validasi proses/optimasi proses
- Bertanggung jawab untuk kebersihan ruang dan peralatan yang ada dilaboratorium
- Min S1 Farmasi Apoteker, S1 Chemical Enginering
- Usia Max 30 Tahun
- Pengalaman Min 2 tahun dalam R&D Formulator
- Mengetahui secara umum mengenai pasar skincare global dan nasional
- Motivasi tinggi, cekatan, bertanggung jawab, ulet dan pekerja keras
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Lokasi : Tangerang - Alam Sutera
