**Responsibilities**:

- Menjalankan strategi Rekrutmen yang memadai, optimal sesuai dengan nilai perusahaan.
- Menjalankan, memonitor dan mengevaluasi proses rekrutmen karyawan hingga proses orientasi.
- Melaksanakan test psikologi dan assessment
- Terbiasa bekerjasama dengan vendor rekrutmen, vendor Bursa Kerja dan Lembaga Pendidikan untuk campus hiring.
- Menjalankan Learning & Training Need Analysis. Berkolaborasi dengan manajemen untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan Pelatihan berdasarkan inisiatif dari Human Capital atau yang bersifat mandatory dari masing-masing Departemen.
- Melakukan evaluasi efektifitas pelaksanaan Training.
- Melakukan Pendataan, Review dan Update Job Desk
- Menyusun silabus pelatihan dan matrik kompentensi dilevel corporate kemudian mengkonduk departemen terkait untuk menjalankan program-program pelatihan.
- Mengaveluasi efektifitas program pelatihan dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk area pengembangan.
- Mengevaluasi Produktifitas, memberikan saran dan masukan untuk alat ukur performance management berjalan.

Kualifikasi:

- S1 Psikologi, Psikolog Diutumakan
- Minimal 3 -5 tahun di bidang rekrutmen dan training.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan presentasi yang baik
- Menguasai Alur Rekrutmen & Training.
- Memahami Performance Management dan alat ukurnya (KPI, BSC, OKR)
- Menguasai alat test Psikologi dan Memahami Metoda Assessment Center
- Memahami Training & Learning Need Analysis dan Matriks Kompetensi, Berpengalaman dalam penerapan LMS
- Memiliki kemampuan analitis yang baik, kolaboratif dan memiliki problem solving skill yang baik.
- Terbiasa berkoordinasi dengan C-Level
