Summary

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Waitress is responsible to serve Food & Beverages to guests in the assigned Place of Work and provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

**Duties include**:

- Supporting your colleagues in the smooth running of the Agra Bar
- Setting up the dining room to be ready for service
- Welcoming guests and taking drink and food orders
- Providing a courteous, engaging, and efficient service
- Handling guest's feedback in a prompt and efficient manner

**Qualifications**:

- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel operations.
- Good customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Fluent in English.
