Small Animal Veterinarian

Betty Veterinary Clinic and Surgery is one of Xperteam Consultant Client is currently in need of a veterinarian for placement in Miri, Sarawak, Malaysia.

Requirement:

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in small animal practice
- Valid veterinary license and the ability to practice in Miri, Sarawak
- Experience working with small animals including dogs and cats.
- Proficient in performing routine surgeries and medical procedures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and team members.
- Passion for providing high quality veterinary care and improving the well-being of animals.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional medical care and treatment to our beloved small animal patients.
- Conduct thorough examinations, diagnose illnesses, and develop customized treatment plans.
- Perform surgeries, including spays, neuters and other soft tissue procedures. 
- Administer vaccinations, prescribe medication and provide preventive healthcare advice.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners, demonstration empathy and offering comprehensive explanations.
- Collaborate with our skilled team of veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure outstanding patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine through continuous learning and professional development.

**Experience**:

- Veterinarian: 2 years (preferred)
