**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Goods Receiving**: Receive and inspect deliveries from suppliers to ensure accuracy and quality.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of all inventory items, including raw materials, packaging nd supplies.
- **Stock Rotation**: Implement and oversee FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices to minimize waste.
- **Order fulfillment**:Arranging inventory out and delivery for sales order. Facilitating the distribution of stocks to each store, including Embun Natural shops, partner shops, and wholesalers.
- **Inventory Audits**: Conduct regular stock opname and audits in all outlets to reconcile stock levels and identify discrepancies.
- **Inventory Reporting**: Generate inventory reports, delivery orders and provide insights on stock levels, usage patterns, and potential shortages.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with shop staffs and purchasing department to ensure the availability of raw materials, packaging and products.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor the quality and condition of inventory items, ensuring compliance with standards.
- **Software Utilization**: Use inventory management software to track and manage inventory efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of a D3 diploma degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is preferred.

Proven experience as an Inventory Controller or similar role, preferably in retail
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, POS system, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Education**:

- S1 (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting & Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
