**Job Descriptions**:
- Overall running of IT Operations across multiple countries and time zones
- Installing, configuring, upgrading and monitoring software and hardware and printers
- Performing data backup and recovery
- Performing regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions
- Preventing problems and to improve systems’ performance
- Fixing issues like troubleshooting hardware and software
- Liaising with vendors
- Repairing and recovering from hardware or software failures
- Creating user guidelines and training for specific software/technology handling
- Managing Global IT Inventory
- Previous experience working with an international company
- Have DevOps / Infrastructure experience
- Must have regular system end point updates and maintenance
- Up to date on new developments in the IT industry
- Have an experience working in IT position for Small or Medium Enterprise
- Have IT degree / qualifications
- Microsoft Office suite troubleshooting skills
- Microsoft Excel medium to advanced skills
- Have flexible working hours, since this role is supporting our whole organisation which cater the whole Asia Pacific region
**Desirable/Preferable**:
Have exposure to ITAM/ITSM software

Relevant education such as:
- Computer science
- Computing
- Information & Technology
- Engineering

**Experience**:
- IT Support & System Administrator: 1 year (required)
- ITAM/ITSM (IT Asset & Service Management) software: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Business English Fluently (required)
