We conduct analyses to help teams make better decisions, and build robust data pipelines to facilitate decision-making and dashboarding, all with the goal of creating a delightful ad experience. You’ll work closely with product managers, software engineers, and fellow data professionals, to drive success on end-to-end analytics initiatives. This is a high-impact role where your work will have a direct influence on company revenue.**What you will do**
- Design and develop scalable data models that support robust analytical requirements
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines in BigQuery for a variety of event data sources
- Design experiments and perform statistical hypothesis testing to support business decisions
- Evangelize a data-driven culture by standardizing metrics and educating stakeholders
- Be a thought partner to product teams by analyzing data and providing recommendations
- Uphold high standards of data quality and help establish best practices in data governance

**What you will need**
- BSc in a quantitative field with basic statistics competency
- At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst or analytics engineer
- Demonstrable expertise in Python and SQL
- Practical experience managing data pipelines and tables
- Good communication and critical thinking skills
