**Job Descriptions**:

- Responsible for the schedule and implementation of project development in accordance with the design, specification, costs, and quality standards that have been set.
- Monitor project development from start to finish and deal with problems that arise
- Ensure the use of materials in accordance with predetermined specifications, and provide recommendations to the planning party in the event of material discrepancies.
- Responsible for delivering products to consumers.
- Make weekly reports on the progress of project development activities on a regular basis.
- Monitor and check reports and work from inspectors.
- Monitor and ensure receipt and availability of working drawings (for construction drawing).

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Project Management, or 2 years experience in the same field, preferably in Property & Developer Company.
- Must have excellent knowledge of property industry and project management.
- Computer Literacy (MS Office).
- Good communication and supervisory skill.
- Willing to be placed in Sawangan - Depok.
