Odpm Staff

RESPONSIBILITIES- Maintain end-to-end process of performance management, included but not limited to target cascading, performance monitoring, and performance appraisal
- Act as business partner in developing organization effectiveness in all departments
- Maintain all data related to OD & Performance Management, included but not limited to organization structure, performance management result, and KPI
- Hand in hand with OD & ER Supervisor in establishing HR policy and ensure its implementation
- REQUIREMENTS- Min. Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Management/Management
- Min. 1 year experience in related field and have in depth knowledge of OD & Performance Management
- Experienced in run at least 1 performance management cycle
- Have a good business acumen
- Have background in ecommerce industry will be a plus
- Able to communicate in English in daily and professional basis
