**FULL-TIME PRESCHOOL TEACHERS**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging unit plans
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
- Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Conduct regular assessments to track progress
- Collaborate with parents and staff to support each child's growth
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Passion for working with young children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and adaptability
- Prior (2-years) teaching experience is a plus
