Minimum Diploma/Degree in business/marketing or related

At least 1 year of experience working in the e-commerce (Lazada/Tokepdia/Shopee)

Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, PP, Excel)

Able to cope with fast pace working environment

Communicative spoken skills

Well-detailed and ability to follow specific procedures and instructions

Strong team player with can-do positive attitude

Responsible for company e-commerce account offering related.

Responsible for all online orders from receiving to delivery level

Processing of sales order in relation to purchasing, packing, shipping, billing and coordination.

Product management in relation to prices, stocks, promotion, layout, images and content related

Data entry of products including extended product descriptions and product images

Continuously improve products display on the site

Continuously improve product mix and recommendations on the site

Follow up on platform customer service enquires in coordination with the brand principle

Developing and executing promotion plans in coordination with the Management direction

Assist in corporate roadshow events
