**Qualifications & experience**
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Having minimum 1 years experience in handling Export/Import
- Good understanding in export import processes
- Able to handle export-import documents
- Good undersdtanding about custom policy and bonded zone
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Computer literate, especially excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Prepare export and import documents in compliance with customs and government regulations.
- Communicate with forwarder or custom agents or supplier / buyer regarding shipments.
- Track the movements of goods and ensure the delivery is made on time.
- Coordinate with related departments for export and import activities.
- Follow up issues related to export and import activities.

**NOTE**
- Willing to undergo training for 3 months in Depok, West Java.
