**Job Description**:
- Conducting training for employee/staff to learning theoretically and practically (offline & online) about new product at Hangry Academy
- Prepare learning materials (SPM) for NPD Training. (Offline Training)
- Making a request (PR) for the ingredients that we use on NPD at Hangry Academy
- Set up the kitchen for the NPL/NPD Training to make sure the training going well. (equipment/utensils)
- Coordinating with any other stakeholders that align with this NPD Training (Ex: Research and Development - SPM, Operational - Set up schedule for online/offline training)
- Creating reports for the NPD Training results to Kitchen Training Supervisor
- Evaluating the NPD Training effectiveness at Hangry Academy
**Qualifications**:
- Great communication skills
- Min. education D3 (D4 or higher is recommend)
- Pay attention to detail and organization
- Able to operate Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets in an efficient and effective manner
- Could be working in a fast-paced environment, be able to work as a team, and have a good attitude
