**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling monthly merchandise payments to principal by creating PO at Rpro and Nav
- Liaising with WH team for deliveries
- Handling consolidation process between stores with briefs from MD (Outslip, liaising with drivers and floor staffs, etc.)
- Sending OH report on a daily basis to MD and ops team
- Upload pricing on Rpro
- Doing weekly auto replenishments by system to send out to stores

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Administration in retail industry would be a plus.
- Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.
