**ABOUT YOUR ROLE**

As a Legal Officer, you will provide legal support and guidance to various departments within the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, managing legal risks, and supporting strategic initiatives. Your role will involve drafting and reviewing contracts, providing legal advice, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior.
- Provide legal advice on a wide range of issues, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and employment law.
- Draft, Review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to protect the company's interests
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on legal matters and risk management.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company’s operations and advise management accordingly.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs and training initiatives.
- Support dispute resolution efforts, including litigation management and settlement negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records of legal documents and correspondence.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a corporate legal environment or law firm, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and contract law.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating legal risks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to communicate in English is required.
