**What You Will Do**:

- Receive and organise raw video footage from various sources.
- Edit raw footage into compelling and visually appealing videos tailored for specific social media platforms.
- Perform colour correction and colour grading to enhance the visual quality of the videos.
- Sequence video clips on a timeline, ensuring smooth transitions and a cohesive narrative.
- Add text overlays, graphics, and other visual elements as needed.
- Incorporate music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance the audio quality of the videos.
- Ensure proper audio mixing and balancing.
- Export videos in various formats and resolutions optimized for different social media platforms (e.g., MP4, MOV).
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and style across all video content.
- Stay up-to-date with current video editing trends and social media best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deadlines.
- Manage and organise video files and assets.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to video editing software and hardware.
- Contribute to brainstorming and creative concept development for video projects.
- Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure.
- Follow industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in video editing, preferably with a focus on social media content.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (please specify which one you prefer or if both are acceptable).
- Strong understanding of colour correction and colour grading techniques.
- Experience with video sequencing, audio mixing, and sound design.
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and resolutions for various social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for visual storytelling.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to communicate in English at actively is required.
- Ability to take ownership over your work.
- Willing to work according to Australian time or 6 AM - 3 PM Jakarta Time (9 hours include 1-hour break).
