**Key Responsibility**
- Assists the Architect in reviewing design drawings and specifications based on the requirement of the clients
- Develop civil/structural basic design drawing using AutoCAD in collaboration with discipline engineers to ensure design intent and effectiveness is achieved.
- Controls the field construction schedule and field construction procedures to ensure good workmanship, safe construction
- Prepare reports on progress, materials, manpower and costs and coordinates the work schedule as indicated by the reports
- Responsible for Project Milestones and Constructions; plan, design, develop and manage projects for the construction or repair of buildings and a wide variety of other construction projects.
- Responsible for foundation analysis, building and structural inspection, surveying, geomatics and municipal planning.
- Reviewing and coordinating with consultants for design / technical documentation to ensure the designs are according to regulation, fit for purpose, and economical
- Establishing, implementing and maintaining the procedure to review, document and manage engineering documentation produced internally and externally
- Conduct research and studies on-site
- Identifying, documenting and escalating technical risks and opportunities to the Project Team
- Resolve malfunctions or other crises when they arise & Oversee repairs and technical improvements
- Inspect and test material and machinery for safety
- Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment
- Providing technical advice, suggestions and solution for improvement and issue during the project

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Engineering or similar roles in High rise building construction and resorts
- Understands Project infrastructure knowledge (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Piping / Plumbing);
- Ability to read & analyse Architectural/MEP/Structural drawings
- A thorough understanding of safety guidelines and able to implement them on a daily basis
- Outstanding communication skills
- An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability
- Extensive knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction technique-related engineering principles and building code

**Job Types**: Trial period contract, Contract

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (required)

**Experience**:

- Construction Project Engineer: 10 years (required)
