**Deskripsi Pekerjaan**:

- Mencari dan merekrut BA(Business Agent)/Agen/Mitra baru BFI dengan profil yang tepat seperti dealer atau showroom yang merupakan orang atau pihak kedua yang bisa mempermudah menghubungkan dengan calon konsumen yang membutuhkan pinjaman dana dengan jaminan BPKB mobil & motor
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap pencapaian target penjualan debitur melalui pengembangan jaringan BA/ Agent/kemitraan dengan pihak lain
- Membina dan membantu BA/Agen/Mitra BFI untuk mengembangkan strategi Agency dengan tujuan menghasilkan jumlah debitur
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan BA/Agent/Mitra BFI untuk meningkatkan loyalitas BA/Agent/ mitra BFI yang sudah direkrut
- Melakukan kordinasi dengan supervisor dan pihak lainnya dalam pelaksanaan aktivitas harian termasuk kunjungan dengan BA/Agent/Mitra BFI

**Kualifikasi**:

- Pria/Wanita
- Usia maksimal 30 tahun
- Pendidikan D4/S1 semua jurusan
- Berpengalaman di bidang Sales/Marketing lebih disukai
- Fresh Graduate dipersilakan melamar
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM C aktif
- Supel, komunikatif, senang bersosialisasi, dan tidak pemalu
- Menyukai pekerjaan dengan target

Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak

Upah: Rp241.600.000 - Rp350.000.000 per bulan
