Lead and coordinate new project.
Create master schedule, update it on regular basis and report to management.
Communicate effectively with related or other dept in order to develop new samples.
Deliver sample control based on customer due date.
Communicate with HQ related to the upcoming new model and drawing.
Lead internal preparation for new model customer audit.
New part control and close coordination with suppliers for new part supply capability.
Prepare management report on the new model for mass production by collaborating with the Quality dept.
Communicate with Sales, Supplier, Customer and HQ for effective result.
