PT IMECON TEKNINDO is an Indonesian company that has been providing human resources services since 1999. We offer recruitment services, contract labor management services, psychological tests and assessments, and wage tax calculation & contract services. We are currently assisting **Syngenta Indonesia**, one of the world’s leading agriculture companies.

**Role Description**
- Able to conduct demo/commercial trial in multi-locations for product promotion purpose and followed up by farmer meeting and sales
- Do market intelligence to collect customer data, market situation and competitor activity
- Build farmer network, keep good relationship with key farmer and retailer
- Prepare for New Product Launch together with Product Development Team (demo trial, product tour, farmer meeting etc)
- Achieve annual product promotion target and track sales

**Qualifications**
- Minimum bachelor degree in Agriculture
- Minimum 2 - 3 years experience
- Have good personal attitude, strong market analyses, communicative and result oriented
- Experience to conduct effective promotion and customer approach
- Willing to be placed in Malang to cover few East Java areas

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Rp4,500,000 - Rp5,300,000 per month
