**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standardsSupervise and train junior kitchen staff members
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen area according to HACCP
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other chefs, kitchen staff, and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers.
- Assisting several clients for opening hospitality venue and restaurant consulting

**Requirements**:

- English communication skills
- Minimum 1/2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Great personality and positive outlook
- Passionate about culinary arts
- Solid, checkable work history in reputable companies
