Job Description Summary:
Assist export business operation by performing all documentation accurately, efficiently and on time based on export regulations to ensure Export operations run smoothly and arrive at the consumers according to the agreed terms and conditions.

Job Description:

- Prepare all required export documents relating to custom clearence/ entry of the goods procedure are accurate (product terms and specifications in the document in accordance with applicable standards)
- Responsible for the completeness, accuracy and readiness of all export documentation (PEB, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Survey Report etc.)
- Supervise the export shipment process to the port of destination and immediately coordinate with the competent party to solve the operational problems that occur
- Directing and supervising surveyors in performing their duties so that in accordance with the contents of the cooperation agreement
- Ensure export taxes and processing fees of export documents are paid on time with accurate nominal.
- Analyze and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of export documents processing
- Verify the invoice surveyor, claim the ship or / and the consumer on the company side before submitted to the Back Office.

Job Requirement:

- Having minimum at least 2 years of experience in Export position
- Good communication and analysing skills
- Fluent in English
