Ringkasan Fungsi:
To obtain goods and services for manufacturing and business office sites. The position holder will work with stakeholders to source and select vendors from the assessment process to contract negotiation

Tanggung Jawab:

- Through working with internal customers to identify, understand and translate purchasing needs. Resolves and escalates Suppliers’ issues as necessary and works proactively with stakeholders on outstanding issues. Approves purchase orders within pre-established spending limits.
- Identifies and implements most cost effective and efficient ways to purchase small and/or local items. Conducts sourcing events for assigned locations and categories by coordinating the implementation of all purchasing tools.
- Research information and develops new cost-effective sources. Establishes and maintains a supply base for products and services purchased. Reduces number of active suppliers for products and purchases.
- Fosters and maintains positive business relationships with Suppliers and Users.
- Resolves commercial conflicts and coordinates quality claims through Sourcing Managers, in the case of centrally managed Suppliers, or directly with local Suppliers as appropriate. Acts as a catalyst in identifying opportunities for country, or local projects to achieve cost savings goals.
- Evaluates Suppliers’ performance for country purchased items as required.
- Reports findings pertaining to elimination or reduction of costs, as well as other relevant metrics and statistics. Analyzes trends and identifies opportunities for additional efficiencies.
- Ensures compliance with Purchasing Ethics, (US) Sarbanes-Oxley legislation, ISO and corporate standards, Values, audit rules, laws,

Persyaratan:

- Solid knowledge of Purchasing profession and Indonesia export/import process.
- Communicates effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to plan and prioritize a wide variety of activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others; build and maintain positive business relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years industry-related procurement and sourcing experience
