You should have a strong understanding of financial principles, be comfortable working with multiple departments and be able to work independently with mínimal supervision. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the company’s financial books and records.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, procedures, and policies.
- Analyze financial statements and reports to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop budgets and forecast future financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements.
- Manage financial audits and provide support during tax preparation.
- Create and review financial reports for management and executive teams.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Manage payroll and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Analyze financial data and produce accurate financial reports.
- Assist with the development and implementation of financial systems.
- Stay up to date on relevant financial regulations and advise on changes.
- Work with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, financial control, and financial management.
- Strong knowledge of Australian GST and BAS requirements
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting, and business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, MS Excel, and other financial software.
- Ability to work remotely with mínimal supervision.
- Stable internet connection with a minimum of 20mbps.
- Has own equipment(laptop/desktop that can run multiple accounting software, headset, camera)
- Able to work during Australian working hours.
