Expansion Surveyor

DKI Jakarta- EXPANSION SITE PIPELINE- October, 07 2024**Job Objective**:

- Expansion Surveyor is responsible t o finding prospective locations to supports the growth of the company through expansion.- Builds network with developers, prospective landlords, and government officials to get the earliest information of any possibilities of new business opening sites (including location and environment survey).- Prepares feasibility study to identified locations, Organizes identified location visits with the decision makers.**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Finding new locations for corporate expansion by regions based on the information from:
- Local community surroundings
- Internet browsing
- Brokers’ services
- Networks with prospective landlords, developers, government
- Real estate exhibitions / launching events
- 2. Surveying the location and observing the environment around- 3. Ensuring all documentations of the location are well-organized- 4. Conducting survey with immediate superior to have first prospect meeting with the owner**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree from any major.- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and passive English is required.- Have experience in technical or civil engineering.- Ability to operate Microsoft Office proficiently.- Strong negotiation skills are required.- High flexibility and willing to mobile.**Job Overview**:
