**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the internal team to create and execute production plans for fashion products, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
- Work closely with manufacturers and vendors to monitor the production process, address any issues, and ensure that production schedules are met.
- Monitor production costs and negotiate with suppliers to optimize production expenses without compromising product quality.
- Develop and maintain production timelines to meet delivery deadlines, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and potential delays.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser with a focus on garment production in the fashion industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the production process, including sourcing, manufacturing, and quality control.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with external and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant industry software.

Pay: From Rp1,234,567 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tangerang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
