Department Operations- LevelEntry Level- LocationIndonesia - SoloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

**About the Team**:

- Experienced in Quality Assurance/Quality Control is a plus, fresh graduates are welcome
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, analysis, insight, and creative
- Able to work in a team, good skills in communication
- Able to work under pressure and dynamic target
- Familiar with Excel (minimum basic Excel)
- Fluent in English is a plus
- Find solutions to agent problems related to the tasks

**Requirements**:

- Give assessments regarding the agent's tasks and ensure that they are by SOP standards
- Calibrating QA assessment
- Monitoring, reporting & exercise
- Find solutions to agent problems related to the tasks
