Key Responsibilities:
- Comply and demonstrate commitment to company SHE policies and procedures.- To provide professional and commercially viable export - import support to company’s good and the customer’s equipment.- Manage national export - import daily operations.- Support national logistic operations and achieve KPI and targets.- Liaise with procurement and parts sales on parts status (ETA, BO) to actively maintain on time delivery.- Maintain HS-code monitoring database to make sure 100% compliance to the statutory regulation.- Manage delivery monitoring performance report to measure timeline and supply the capability.- Interface with branches and service admin to ensure timely delivery of parts to support internal activities.- Comply with company systems, policies, and procedures.- Communicate openly, honestly, and demonstrate a positive attitude in order to foster leadership, discipline and teamwork environment.- Ensure that instructions and task assigned to you by your superiors are fore filled.

Job Qualifications:
- Good integrity.- Have the ability to collaborate and work under matrix organisation structure.- Good understanding of Government regulation related to export import.- Experienced in getting PI Besi Baja and order special license process.
