Packaging Technologist

**Key Activities**:

- Monitors and interprets all data from the quality control in the brewery.
- Initiates proposals to continuously improve hygiene and product quality.
- Understand GMP, 5S, and QMS (ISO 9001 & FSSC 22000)
- Gives advice in case of non-conforming products.
- All products leaving the brewery according to quality & food safety standards.
- Continues quality improvement is embedded as a structural way of working.
- Supports the TPM way of working.
- Leads or participates in a PQ-improvement team.
- Assures corrective and known preventive actions and verification.
- Ensures that customer complaint reports are used as input to improve quality assurance.
- Supports all processes in the QC- and production department in compliance with the applicable quality standards.
- Provides technological input to New Product Inovation (NPI) projects on request.
- Sets-up validation protocols and first product release according to HEINEKEN Standards & Procedures.
- Reviews HACCP risk for NPI’s
- NPI’s introduced on time in full

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Bio-chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering
- Preference for experience in Quality and Food Safety Management Systems Brewing / Packaging / Utilities
- Continuous improvement methodologies like TPM / Lean / 6 Sigma, etc.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang Brewery
